Is it safe to send cash?

There are some sites I want to subscribe. Many of them suggest that they could give 50% off if I send them paper cash in an envelope.
Is it easy to get loss during shipment? Does EU allow sending or receiving cash?

And no you should never ever do that, it is NOT safe.

if your looking at online art and there site is a patron site. that has a small fee to see there art. your better off using a pre paid credit card or paypal account. the same if your on a twitch or youtube channel that streaming somthing you like. as with anything with money there are a lot of scammers out there if you send cash...then it gone. if your buying something from the internet then you want to use a postal money order or bank money order as a min so that if sothing goes south you may be able to get your funds back.

some, in the Netherlands, normally charging EUR 30, if sending cash only EUR 15,
they have been there for some years, very well trusted.

The EU does not control personal mail and finances to that level (yet).
