is it safe to test my graphics card that i dropped?

i dropped it on carpet from about 6 feet. before ive been having some other problems. first off i bought this graphics card off ebay and wasnt told about it not having any thermal paste so it over heated. then when i got around to putting thermal paste in it i put it in my pc and it would crash only when im watching videos on youtube, twitch and other stuff like that. i would hear an audio bug, screen goes black so i took it out of my pc. i left the graphics card for 1 month before i tried testing it again and i drop it. thing i need to know is if its safe testing it again after dropping it and having these scary problems. also would be nice to know a fix for these problems. i did install the drivers but unsure if i did it right ig or maybe i just didnt restart my pc.

Sounds like it was broken before you dropped it to me, I would open an ebay case.
