Question Is it safe to try maybe working parts?

Psu fried and now I have to figure out what else is broken. (By using a new psu). Is it safe? I dont want my new psu to die.

Unless there is some really bad short on the MB, it's safe enough. Do you have any idea why PSU died ? What happened when it died ?

Its unclear, possibly caused by liquid. Smoke came from the back.
