My canned random reboot Rant
Random reboots are usually caused by the PSU, the RAM or software AND in that order of likely-hood.
PSU - If you can borrow/swap a PSU for testing. sibling/friend you can swap out the PSU and each system will be testing the other.
RAM - run the system with one stick of RAM see if stability returns if not Test all the RAM with memtest 86 for five passes or overnight. if you get no 0 errors after more than five passes the ram is good. with the random reboots I would suggest running this test after the PSU swap or after the PSU has been cleared.
Software - Drivers or other issues can cause reboots. Boot to a linux distro on a USB drive. mint linux will boot to memtest86. you can run the OS from the...
yes. its safe. the worst thing it will do is make you hit the power button.
what this does is stops windows from rebooting at a blue screen or other fault. disabling the reboot gives you time to read what the error displayed is, if one is displayed, which leads to fixing the issue.
Imagine a patient going to the doctor and whenever the patient sees the doctor the patient passes out, this makes it harder for the doctor to ask questions or diagnose the patient. the computer keeps passing out before you can ask its name even.

what if it's updating the PC?
it restarts a few times isn't it?
or will it stop it from restarts?

one last question.
this maybe off topic but it's better than making new thread and waiting for several minutes until someone replied to it.
why do my PC keep restarting itself even though my GPU and CPU is at good temperature?

edit: good temp i mean cold. 30-45

i've bought a new PSU,and it still happened.
i also switched my RAM. still nothing.

You are not listing any components. Maybe your old AND new PSU is inadequate.
You switched memory...did you switch slots or memory kit? Have you tested them at all? With Prime95 or similar.

I had a GPU that would restart my PC, think it was AMD 7850. Nothing I could do to fix it. Had to RMA it eventually.

I have also had memory that was bad, 1 stick out of 2. And that would result in a reboot of my system once a month at most. Extremely hard to hunt down what the fault was. I didn't know memory could do that.

GPU, RAM and obviously PSU causes reboots.

If you get dump-files from Windows, use WhoCrashed to figure out what failed.
