Is it safe to uninstall gigabyte software?

I recently built a new Pc. The motherboard is by gigabyte and every time I turn on the pc, a lot of useless gigabyte software loads up and slows my boot up time. I don't even use the software. Is it safe to uninstall some of these such as the app center or will I really mess up drivers or something ?

I would just get ccleaner and go to their tools and select startup, and their it will tell what programs start up when u boot, and disable or enable any of em their
