[SOLVED] Is it safe to uninstall Intel Graphics Command Center?

If I uninstall it now and let's say one day I need to use the HDMI port on my motherboard will it be fine?
What does it do anyway? it was always there but it can be uninstalled when I right click it in the start menu

A quick google search easily shows that it is safe to uninstall, as it only offers additional options.
