It's okay to unplug my PC at night right? I don't have a regulator right now so I've been unplugging it every night since black outs can happen at any time in my area, also I'm in a very lightning prone area.

Solution
Nothing wrong with unplugging it assuming it was properly powered down first.
But, make sure you unplug monitors from the wall too, since those are still connected to the PC.

If your area is prone to blackouts, it's a pretty good idea to invest in a UPS to save your PSU from shutting down immediately when one happens
I will eventually, the thing is I live in a very rural area and I can't really leave home right now so I have to wait until things calm down in my area.
