In my upcoming first build, here are the parts: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jFjsTW
The motherboard has 6 fan headers but I need 7, so will it be safe to use one fan splitter to plug in two fans in one fan header. Also according to Asu's site it says that this motherboard, all of the fan headers support both PWM and DC (voltage) control.
I'm just curious that if I do use a splitter can i control this fan like any other fan?
Thanks

What if I use the Noctua NA-SYC1 Accessory 4-pin Y-Cables for PWM Fans. As it states on the site, The NA-YC1 Y-Cables make it possible to run two 4-pin PWM fans on a single fan header and to let the mainboard control the speed of both fans simultaneously.
So will i be able to have pwn control for the 2 fans plugged into one header using this splitter?
