So I've been using the CompuCleaner xpert on the max setting for a few weeks now to remove dust from my laptop surface and table as well as blowing it inside the vents through the fan grilles since my room is very dusty and by the end of even one day my laptop is coated in dust. This is why i clean using the blower every week to ensure nothing can build up and overheat my system (which is what happened to my last laptop which I didn't bother cleaning out) I am concerned though that this is going to damage my laptop's fans by doing this. Does anyone have thoughts on this?

What you need to watch out for is overspinning the fan or spinning it in the wrong direction. This can kill the fan. Try limiting it to once a month or so as even in dusty enviroments that should be fine. Or invest in some dust filters and velcro tape so you can easily put them over the intakes of your laptop and remove once dusty. Then only blow out the laptop once every couple of months.

Hey thanks for the message, do you know where I can find a dust cover for my laptop (HP ZBook G3)? Thanks! Also since I've already done this a couple of times do you think I could've damaged my laptop fans?

If they still work fine they are most likely fine.
You'll need to diy yourself a dustcover. Just get some dustfilter mesh from amazon a a roll of either magnetic or velcro tape and that should be enough.
