I'm using a Cryorig H7 Quadlumi cpu cooler and was planning to do a push-pull config. I'm going to replace the existing fan with 2 Corsair's ML120 fans, so is it safe to plug both fans using Y splitter to cpu fan header?

Solution
Typically 2 fans on each header is fine. Just keep in mind that two fans don't necessarily lower temps much if any, what you will get though is lower fan speeds and thus it will be quieter. I would personally would take the Noctua NF-A12x25 or NF-F12 over corsair. They are available in Noctua Chromax colors.
