Hi guys,pls help me.I7 6700K,Z170 PRO with 4.5 overclocking.Is it ok voltage for daily use or not really?

Solution
Voltage between 1.25 - 1.27V for the 6700k @ 4.5 GHz it's usually what everyone is getting with this chip.

It's completely normal for daily usage.

Thank.But could you pls explain difrrent between CPU VCORE aNd VID.
How i understand,Cpu vcore=Voltage in BIOS +- 2%
VID=Real vcore with. uncertainty
 
VID is the stock voltage that Intel guarantees your CPU to run at stock speeds.
When you're OCing the VID is overwritten by the VCORE you maually set.
Vcore is the actual voltage of the CPU cores.

As for the max voltage of the 6700k, I wouldn't go above 1.4V for daily use.
