Is it safe?

So about 2 weeks ago i just did a clean install for windows 8.1 on my PC and today the windows 10 upgrade popped up on the bottom of my screen, as a gamer i'm wondering if its safe to upgrade to windows 10 cause i'm afraid i won't play some games i have or even be compatible with it.

i havn't had any issues with 10 yet. As a gamer you will need to upgrade at some stage to have access to dx12.

I haven't had any issues as of yet either. I also haven't tried any of my older games as of yet either.

can you define the "upgrade some stage to access dx12" like you mean specs or?

no, i mean, windows 10 will have direct x 12, 7 and 8 will not. Many current and previous gen cards will support dx 12 too. So better to have the latest OS thats compatable with newest direct x for the upcoming games that can take advantage of that.
