Is it safe to buy "GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 DirectX 12 GV-N1050OC-2GD 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 ATX Video Card" ???

What does safe mean? Gigabyte is a reputable brand, so unless you're buying from a shady dealer/site, it's safe to buy... Like, it won't blow up in your face or anything, if your PSU is sufficiently powerful it should be safe to run. I've installed a Gigabyte GTX 1050, not sure which exact model, 9 months ago and its still going strong...
