[SOLVED] Is it secure if I use beta version bios update ?

My current bios version is 2021-06-28 bioas release (Update to AMD ComboAM4PIV2 1.2.0.3b )

yesterday i see this update and but I was affried to install it's because it's beta version one.

is it okey with beta version? but my current PC comporants have no issue... so is it regular thing always use latest bios version ? plz clarify me about this matter

If everything works as it should, no issues, there's no need to update.
if the update mentions something in the release notes that you need, update.
