Is it smart to overclock my cpu?

Solution
You can OC if you want But be aware you will need an aftermarket cooler, not the stock cooler. you should be able to get it to around 4 GHz, this means could be lower or higher. As for what the temp will be will depend on what cooler you have, the case ventilation, voltage and ambient air temp. All of these play a factor in the temp of the CPU and we can not say the exact temps but 55°C to 65°C is an average temp under full load at those speeds on that chip.
