Is it Tera or my PC ?

I have been playing TERA since a year and I'm still suffering the its low fps.So I need your help . I need to know is my PC bad or something else is wrong .
So this is my PC

Can it run TERA at max (or a little less than max) settings with good performance?

what processor are you running? Keep in mind that Tera runs in Cry Engine so it is actually quite demanding, especially on a mobile GPU

I play with 18-23 fps at its (auto-detect) setting witch is the before max setting

try dropping shadow quality and view distance, theyre the biggest performance suckers on MMOs

Still the same it went like +2 fps lol

dynamic lighting is a hit also, what is that set to?

I play allways with Lightning at (1) and Real-time optimization at (0)

Have you tried dropping everything to minimum including and tick options that increase performance? once you have the minimum see how high frame rates are then try increasing the settings individually until you get a satisfactory ratio of IQerformance

I tried that (min setting) and when I do it I got like 40-58 fps but it's so ugly lol
and trying to modifie every setting alone isnt efective because whenever I reach a good quality (not ugly at least) the fps will be allready low
I relly dont get it I mean when I use max setting I have like 25fps same as the mid setting !

well im sorry to say if its all ok on minimum and fps drops as soon as you up the eye candy you have 2 choices:

a) Upgrade GPU ( I think you're using laptop so this is bad news)

b) You will have to sacrifice Image Quality for FPS

I thought it may be a CPU probleme not a GPU one
I changed the Image that I updated the first time , u can see my processor

your processor is fine, although its a mobile cpu, its still decent, as usual with laptops its the gpu that is the issue

scroll down to the chart and you will the gpu is gimping you. I started my gaming on pcs with a laptop, I learnt the hard way after dumping £1600 on one that wouldn't run games 15 months later (albeit I worked away a lot so desktop wasn't practical at the time) If you can I would really suggest desktop pcs for gaming

Isn't there a methode to give my graphic card some Memory from my ram

If there is, I wouldnt recommend it. GDDR5 is significantly faster than the DDR3 that you have as your system RAM.

Using system ram as Vram will make your problems worse, not better.

Using Ram for your graphics card is like using a scooter engine to power a Ferrari

It will be slow.

lol so haw can I improve my laptop gpu ?

Buy a Ferrari Engine and put it in the Ferrari. But Laptops dont easily allow you to swap out graphics cards, and the cost will be huge.

Not all that much that you can do, sorry
