[SOLVED] Is it the cpu or the fans?

ok so i got a 4690k with the h100i as its cooler. i saw the temps and i was getting like 39C-44C on idle with quiet mode on. i check now and it is 49C-55C with quiet mode and performance mode. i have the stock fans that came with the cooler is this the problem. if so then could anyone recommend any fans for me. i like my setup quiet.

The stock fans on that cooler are decent but not great , you should be getting cooler temps.
