[SOLVED] is it the GPU artifacting?

Ive started to notice Right before it goes to the windows login screen green line artifacts that go horizontal across the screen only for a split second, ive done multiple boots and its progressively worse Should i be worried do i need to RMA my GPU?
tonight im going to bring my pc to a friends to try his screen see if the same results if so, i might have to rma the card or could it be a vram issue? i only have x.m.p profile 1 on and no overclocking to cpu or gpu unless tweak II does that? havnt messed with anything other than the fan speed.
pc's only a month old if that.

i am going to say that one time i looked at the card and the gpu boost clock slider was maxed out i quickly put it in gaming mode again im not sure how that happend.
now i tryed twice fresh shut down to start up it happend twice in a row but not a third time... this is confusing.
