Okay so here's the deal. I've built my new gaming PC and everything has been fine up until now. My computer has been shutting down out of no where with no signs of updates or notifications. So I investigated this problem and opened my PC up. I took a look at the motherboard and wiggled some wires and found out it was the atx power connector, but while I wiggled it I forgot to turn it off and I think a message popped out of nowhere saying something like "critical error" but I shut it down. I tightened the atx connector and it ran fine. But soon I saw weird glitches on the operating system (Win 8.1) such as time never displaying right or when I press start it would lag out etc. anyways I got tired of it so I restored my PC and freshly installed win 8.1 again but now the time is not displaying correctly. No matter how many times I try to fix it. I went into my UEFI and saw my time display going crazy (going fast forward on time) and I can't stop it. Is there any way to fix such a problem? I think this is why my desktop time is messed up. Maybe when the power wasn't in right it fried something? I don't know please help.
