Is it the PSU or GPU?

So I bought a second hand GPU (gtx 750) and was able to install a compatible driver which is 833.13. Now when I enable maximum performance in nvidia control panel. A few minutes later, my system crashes. And when I set it to optimal power it works fine except when I try to play a game like prototype 2 or NFS carbon
I get Video_tdr_failure. So could it be my PSU because it's only generic.
And my CPU is 2 years already.

My system
Amd a6-6400k
A68hm-e33
4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram
Msi Gtx 750 1g oc edition
700w PSU (generic)

Also updated my bios to latest version and went back to windows 10 (build 10586)

OK so I monitored the temp of GPU and it stays at 40°C while my processor was at 75-85°C while playing prototype 2 at 640x480 resolution mode while the voltage of v12 is 12.2xx but the v5 was at 4.2xx and the v3.3 was at 2.6xx

Then within 15 mins later it crashed the system no bsod and went back to Microsoft basic display driver because the nvidia driver causes bsod when I install it back

OK so I think it really is the PSU because sometimes I'm successful on installing the GPU driver but then when I use the GPU to a game it crashes but when the nvidia driver is not installed (which it doesn't consume voltage) the windows doesn't crash
