the paste transfers the heat from CPU to the CPU COOLER heatsink unit. This is just gonna cook your CPU

That is an adhesive...a type of glue. I used to use similar on various applications on aircraft.

Not thermal paste.

Just like you wouldn't use thermal paste for hand cleaner. Or super glue for eyeliner.
Right stuff for the right purpose.
