Is it time for a new graphics card (and perhaps other hardware)?

Before I go about purchasing new hardware in hopes of playing the latest video games with best performance/graphics (no need for over-kill), i'd like to ask you the community on what I should keep and what to throw. I plan on playing games such as Fallout 4, AC Syndicate, Far Cry 4, Dark Souls III, etc..

Current build:

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Motherboard: ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0

CPU: AMD Phenom Black Edition QuadCore 3.8Ghz

Graphics Card: ASUS HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 DirectCu V2

PSU: Corsair Bronze ed CX600 watt

RAM: PNY 8Gb ddr3 1333Mhz

I haven't actually played said games on my current rig, so I'm not certain on how it will handle performance/graphics wise. I assume the graphics card is what only needs to be upgraded; if so any feedback on what specific card (or hardware) I should replace it with would be much appreciated.

GTX 960 or anything lower,for your CPU,anything higher than the 960 would cause massive fps drops in games.
CX 600 has enough power for anything lower than than the gtx 960 combined with the Phenom,and while it gets the job done,it can't be trusted anymore. Get a new PSU for the new GPU and perhaps a new CPU of yours,in future.
