I'm thinking of adding a front fan to my existing one. Yet want to know if, I have two front fans at 1000rpm max would I need to match it or have higher rpm for the exhaust. As I have aio that I put a 1300 fan on.

As Idle I'm getting 30-40c gaming it 50 in menus and 60-70c where it hit 70-77c for a few seconds then it back mid 60c

CPU:i7 6700k
Ram:8 GB x2
Gpu 2060
PSU: 550w
Motherboard is Asus 110m-a
Cooler is Corsair h45
Storage: 1TB SSD, 2HDD

if that is the Define R5 it has rather limited airflow in it's default configuration.

the best possible setup is:
remove any unnecessary drive housing,
remove the solid panels from the top,
2x front intakes,
1x side intake,
1x rear exhaust,
1x top-rear exhaust.

and using nicer 140mm fans where applicable will add airflow while also reducing possible fan noise.

For better answers, list the make/model of all of your parts.
Include cooler, cpu, graphics card, case and so on.

Idle at 30-40c. would indicate your cooler is working and mounted properly.
The high temperatures do not seem to be out of line either.

Fair point.
Parts that are in my pc
CPU:i7 6700k
Ram:8 GB x2
Gpu 2060

How is the radiator of the aio mounted?
I might guess in the rear, exhausting air.

Your temperatures are fine.
I would expect the 2060 to run about 80c. under load, and so long as the 6700K does not hit 100c. which is the throttle point, you are ok.

A couple of good front intake fans would be good.
No need for fancy speed matching.
All of the cooling air that comes in the front will exit somewhere, taking component heat with it.
