Is it time to replace my PSU?

I've been using Corsair vs650 for 2 years now but using an old case with the psu is in the top collecting all the dust and heat from cpu and gpu. I'm worried that my PSU is somehow damage and might damage other all components.
Also Corsair vs650 is not rated and might be a problem.

This are my spec:
Gigabyte H110M Motherboard
i7-6700 non k
Sapphire RX 480 OC (non plus)
8gig ram 2x4
Cryorig C7 cpu cooler
Thermaltake versa h13 case
Corsair VS650 psu
144hz monitor XG2401 freesync
Windows 10

buy a can of condensed air and blow it out. if you're not having any obvious issues, you're worrying for no reason.
