Started Heros and Generals and it crashed and then my computer would start hanging every now and then...
Updated windows 10 to latest 1909 update and things started even MORE funny...
My screen looks like this now...

I downgraded to windows 10 1703, and now to windows 7. Also tried HDMI and port DVi or something to HDMI but problems stays...

Is it time for a new graphics card ??

You would probably need to test it in another machine to know for sure, but that looks a lot like failing VRAM, which means it's nearing time for last rites for the GPU.

To be honest, I don't play games anymore...

Maybe Heros and Generals a few times but it's not a must...

I am down sizing as well, so looking for cheapest option to just get a display and run some virtual boxes really...
