Is it true that Windows 11 deletes the Windows.old folder after 30 or 10 days?

deletes the Windows.old folder after 30 or 10 days? Or something like that. So, no more need to delete it myself via clean up disk tool?

I am pretty sure that the folder is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Guess, I was wrong. I just thought MS was more generous with it. I feel like 10 days isn't necessarily enough to decide whether you like an OS or not.

it was 30 days until they released version 1607 of windows 10, its been 10 days ever since.

I just removed mine, got 30gb back.
