Budget? How much are you paying/willing to pay? Are you willing to lose that money as if the money was a gambling bet?
Seller: do you know who the seller is? Seller history and ratings (if any)? What warranties if any are offered? Can you return the CPU?
Are you sure that the Ryzen 3 3200G is supported by the intended host motherboard?
How was the CPU used before: basic PC work and browsing, gaming, bit-mining, etc..
Bottom line is that the CPU could be worth it but you need to ask the seller a few questions.....
