[SOLVED] Is it worth buying HDMI 2.1 TVs for Gaming?

There aren't any cheaper options available for an HDMI 2.1 enabled TV that I know about.

Ordered an MSI RTX 3080.

I only play story mode in FPS games so really don't require the competitive advantage like in eSports. So, will 4K 60Hz all high/ultra settings be a wise decision to make for upcoming AAA titles OR 120hz is really something I should look for and buy in later 2021 when cheaper options will be available?

Also are there any cheaper options available or expected to be released soon?

HERE is a LG TV capable of 120fps. Probably cheapest price around for the capability.
