Is it worth getting 8700k over 8700 if I don't overclock?

I'm looking to buy a new gaming PC soon.
see config here

I can't make up my mind about which processor to get: 8700 or 8700k. From what I can tell, the advertised difference is 100MHz (4.6 vs 4.7GHz), which seems negligible to me. If I don't plan on overclocking my CPU, Is it worthwhile to fork over the extra $100 (canadian) for the 8700k? The way I see it, $100 for 100MHz extra isn't worth it.

Solution
if you're like me, you'll regret not going with the k model
i've got a 4790 in another rig, and didn't full appreciate the benefits of the higher clock rates, in terms of time reduction in rendering video files (1-3 hour jobs). I've managed, via a few tricks on the web, to tweak my 4790 to 4.1 where it's normal turbo boost is 4.0

plus overclocking these days doesn't require intense cpu knowledge - most mobo mfgrs have OC'ing apps that basically do the job for you

Solution
With but a 65 watt TDP, you can bet far fewer cores are scaling up above base clock than occurs with the 8700K; on top of that, the 8700's bundled cooler is a small pack of dung, causing thermal throttling within 10 minutes out of the box with any moderate gaming load.

If you are not going to stream, get the 8600K/8700K instead, and, allocate funds for a decent cooler whatever you choose...
