Is it worth getting a new cooler for Ryzen 1700

So with the stock Wraith Spire I am getting temperatures of 70-75 under 100% load, and 65-70 while gaming. This is at default clock speed and voltage. Would it be worth getting a new cooler to get the temperatures lower, and get a good overclock?

Some reported OC to 3.7 with stock and has similar temp <80 under load.

Phanteks P400 case, 6 fans (3 intake 3 outtake)

You are going to hit a wall at 3900-4000 MHz. If you do, I would not invest a fortune. Something in the 30$ range like an Hyper 512 family.

Ok I overclocked it to 3.5ghz and its still hitting the same temps than at default speed

cool, 3.7 should be fine, 3.8 needs some luck. 4 is very hard. I will stay around 3.7-3.8 if temp is good. from 3.8 to 4.0, not too much diff, I won't bother to buy a 3rd party cooler.

Ok yeah I wouldn't want to upgrade the cooler just to get 100-200mhz more. Thanks for your help!
