Is it worth getting a new Motherboard and CPU for £200

Cpu- AMD Athlonx2
Motherboard- Asrock n68c-hucc
Ram- 4GB
Gpu- Asus hd 7770
Psu- XFX ProSeries 550W
Hard drive- 500gb seagate 7200rpm

Is it worth buying a new cpu and motherboard for £200? Also could you suggest some for me.
