Is it worth getting a new PSU

Hey everybody...
I have an old hp PC (dc5850) and i want to add a mid-range graphics card like the radeon 7750 or R7 250/250x to play (2010:2014) games Is it worth getting a new power supply for the new GPU ??
I have :
Phenom x3 8600b cpu
4gb of DDR2 memory
250gb WD hard drive
integrated ati 3100 graphics
300w hp psu

In all likelihood, a basic GPU like the ones you've mentioned will bottleneck the CPU on account of its slow clock speed. If you're hoping to play 2014 AAA games, then you need to upgrade pretty much everything.

I am on a very low budget I don't think upgrading the hall thing is an option for me is there is any other solutions ?

In my opinion, no. The clock speed and architecture of the 8600B is archaic.

If you upgraded just the GPU, then you could probably get away with 2010-era games, but 2014 would be out of the question.
