Is it worth getting a sound card for my headphones?

Hello,
I don't know if it is worth getting a sound card, I listen to a lot of music and I do a lot of gaming as well. My headphones are Sennheiser HD 448: http://en-de.sennheiser.com/noise-cancelling-headphones-stereo-bass-closed-hd-448 my motherboard is a Gigabyte z77x-ud3h: http://www.gigabyte.com.au/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4153#ov . If you think I should do you have any ideas? I would like it to have a hd audio input on it and i would like to spend under $100 Australian. Thanks for the help.

It's up to you really , my PC is fine I've got HD audio already build into my motherboard. If you get some expensive headphones I'd go with a sound card but like I said up to your personal choice.
