[SOLVED] Is it worth getting a Z-motherboard for i7 3770?

Hi,i have recently upgraded from i3 3240 to i7 3770 on my Lenovo IH61M motherboard.
I7 3770 is still a really good cpu for 1080p gaming, but i want to push it to its literall max.
I have a AIO (raidmax tornado rc 240:https://www.raidmax.com/product_d.php?lang=en&tb=1&id=785 ) and it has been cooling it really good.It never got above 45C while gaming, and it has been very quite for a 60$ AIO.My question is,what are all the things that i can do to this cpu with a Z-motherboard and is it even worth getting it?

ok thanks for that.
Also i planed to switch my ih61m mobo for something with usb 3.0 connection, more fan headers and 4DIMM slots. Is there anything more i need?
Can you list some of the good mobos that fit those requirements?
If u can get a z77 for a good price go for it, and you have a good cooling so it would be great and u can overclock it +400 mhz over the turbo ratio so you can push it to 4.3 ghz, with the bclk at 105 you can do 4.5 ghz
