Is it worth getting the asus z87i-pro?

I have been thinking a lot about this and I don't know if it is worth it to get the asus z87i-pro, it is on sale. The price of gigabyte h97n-wifi is the same with it. I'm planning to build my rig soon so I would like to ask what to get.

Here is my planned specs:

CPU: i3-4160 (planning to upgrade soon)
Motherboard: Asus z87i-pro
Ram: 2x4gb Kingston HyperX 1600
Case: Thermaltake core v1
Psu: Thermaltake ToughPower Grand 650w 80+ Gold Modular / Seasonic G series 550w modular.

If you are going to upgrade your CPU soon, make sure that you want to overclock. Otherwise, go for the H97N-WIFI.
