is it worth getting the i5 4670k??

i was looking at the 4670 and the 4670k and they both had almost equal performance but the 4670 is cheeper.

You can overclock the "K", raising it's clock rate from the default of 3.4 to 4.0 or higher
On resale, the "K" will fetch more.
