Is it worth going "down" in ram?

I am going to build a PC, and now that Ryzen is out, there are alot of deals.

So basically I was going to go with:
i7 - 7700K
Asus Z270E
Corsair Vengeance LED DDR4 3200MHz 16GB

Price: 902 USD

But now, there is a deal:
AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
Asus AM4 Prime X370-PRO
Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 16GB
Price: 896 USD

So there is no huge price difference, so what should I choose?

PS: I live in Norway so the prices for taxes and stuff makes it more expensive, that's why it's so expensive...

Solution
impartial first reviews show its the 7700k to choose for gaming certainly and some other stuff

that may change a bit if more stuff gets optimised for ryzen but wont help if you want to buy now

going down in ram speed is no biggie main thing is you have enough ram more important than the speed of it

Initial benchmarks are showing RYZEN to not be that good at gaming. The 7700k is showing to be superior at everything that cant use all the cores/threads, and even still beating in certain benchmarks.

I would at minimum wait another week to get more benchmarks before getting a RYZEN cpu.
