Question Is it worth going from 2x16GB 3600 16-18-18-38 1.35V to 4x8GB 4000 with 17-17-17-37 1.35V?

Is this a worthwhile upgrade for gaming or more of a slightly upwards lateral one? As in what would you estimate the FPS increase I'd get?

The Crucial work well enough but I really like those Royal Z.

NM guys. I missunderstood what makes a quad channel. I thought 4 slots equals quad. My Z490 Taichi can only do dual.
