So I'm quite young (13 to be exact) and I don't really have that much money. So therefore I was thinking about buying a second-hand PC that I can play more intensive games on (Not a GTX 1080 and i7 6670K Cpu but you get the idea)
So here are the specs:
I5 4440
8gb ddr5, crucial balistix
Crucial 240gb ssd.
Gigabyte gtx 770 oc 2gb
Evga 600w
(That's all I've got sonce that's the only thing he wrote)

I also have this PC in mind:

Chassi: CoolerMaster, black midi tower
PSU: OCZ 500W, 80+ certified
Motherboard: Asus P8H61 https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P8H61/specifications/
Processor: Intel Core i5 2300 2.8 GHz (up to 3.1 GHz in Turbo) quad
Memory: 8GB of DDR3 dual channel
Graphics card: Asus GeForce GTX 660, 3 GB, 2 x DVI + HDMI + DisplayPort
Hard drive: 1TB SATA
Other: DVD burner, USB, and audio in the front
Operating System: Windows 7 upgraded to 10. Valid license sticker on the chassi.

Comes with all the newly installed drivers and updates.
(Literally copied again)

Price for first PC: $516,45 / 464,85 / 420,16£

Price for second PC: $355,77 / 320,23€ / 289,45£

Solution
Depends which resolution you're going to play, but i would pick the second one, good cpu, (i assume he try to said 8GB DDR3 BALLISTIX), ssd, good power supply.

Its the best choice so, maybe you can upgrade to a better GPU in the future if you want.

You said second one but described the first one???

NOTE: the first one is only a decent deal if it comes with the case and windows too.

It does indeed come with a case but I'm not sure about windows, I'll find out soon enough and if it doesn't come with windows then I'll most likely choose PC 2
