Question Is it worth it to overclock Ryzen 5 2400g apu

I have a Gigabyte B450M DS3H motherboard and currently have a Patriot Viper 2x4gb DDR4 3000MHz ram kit.

If your gaming and only have the iGPU then yes it's worth it as you'll want to get the most performance from the system especially if your playing newer AAA games. I would also consider overclocking the memory as well, try for 3200mhz.
