$370 for a 9600K?! SHould be $270 or so...The 9700K should only be $409 at current Amazon prices, and is the standard 'go to' lately if choosing an Intel performance w/ value solution.....
🙁

does that $375 price already include some sort of exorbitant 40-50% 'value'/'import tax of some type?

If you play any of the newest games that might be struggling with only 4 threads, then the jump to 6 faster/better cores would be nice, and far nice again once you upgrade GPUs in the future.

The tax is too high here , so the best advice is to go on with that . I tried to find i5 8400 it was 265$ here but disappeared from all shops so I decided to go for 9600K. sadly I cant upgrade both Gpu and Cpu so i have to prioritize , Can i hold 1080p 60 fps with i5 9600k.
