Is it worth it to upgrade to 75hz

Hi guys. Im playing csgo and other fps games. From what i have read, it seems higher refresh rates really help in fps games. I now have an asus vx239h. And im looking to upgrade to viewsonic vx2457mhd. It has freesync and can run upto 75hz. Will i notice the difference or is it better to save up for 144hz

Well I sometimes overclock my 60hz monitor to 75hz for FPS games and you can feel the difference however I wouldn't call it night and day dont expect a major difference. Personally I would save up for a 144hz monitor.

Keep in mind that if your FPS doesn't hit 75, then it is pointless. You won't see an improvement.

And like Dunlop said, I would save for a 144 Hz monitor.
