An online retailer is selling a Transcend SSD370 512GB for ZAR1499 ( +-104USD) , is it worh it?

It is brand new. I was to late, it was sold out within 30min. It is back to normal price now +-210USD

Just one of those "You snooze, you loose" things. Happened to me many times. those sales mostly happen at the end of pay period, almost never at pay day !!!
