That is a pretty tough question since we don't know what you have now and how well it performs. My best suggestion is to look at your existing CPU, memory, and graphics card and compare them to your purposed new hardware. Then you can take action within the constraints of your budget. Another thing to consider is how quickly computer hardware depreciates. You could conceivably spend a fortune on new hardware and then get little in return selling the old stuff. You see, over there in pollution city, they are cranking out motherboards, CPU's and memory chips by the millions to keep the money flow going. That is primarily why all our existing hardware has little resale value. Just something to think about.
