Depends what Power Supply and Hard Drives specifically but the build would be roughly 600 new. Here is a partlist with the parts you listed without the Case because i couldn't find one with that model name. I suppose if it is similar or this exactly then that is a pretty fair price would be a strong desktop and easily a great Gaming PC once you add a Graphics Card. You could try haggle the price down a little though if you think he will go for it. Hope this helps :)
