Is it worth upgrading from a GTX 1060 to an RTX 2060 with my specs?

My specs are:
MOBO: MSI b250 gaming pro

RAM: Ripjaws 8gb 2800

CPU: Intel - Core i5-7600 3.5 GHz Quad-Core

(Right now i have 60hz but im upgrading to 144hz. Also upgrading MOBO so i can get 2 more ram slots so I could get 16gb in total)

If you have the money for the migration, sure. If you don't then you're fine as is. Also to note, you've got rams on your build that wont go to that number due to chipset limitations.

Depends on what games you're currently playing... If csgo/LoL/fortnite it's likely you're.already cpu bound and it won't help. Monitor your current cpu and GPU usage in the games you play. If the cpu is closer to 100% then upgrade it if it's the GPU upgrade it.

if your monitor is 1440p 60hz-144hz or 1080p 144hz-240hz yes, but for 1080p 60hz your are not going to find much difference

It depends If you are playing games on a 1080p 60hz then you can't find a significant performance difference but if you are playing on 1440p or more then it worth upgrade
