Question Is it worth it...

Ok. We all know the crazy prices for a new gpu. My sons PC has a gtx 1060 6gb. A guy is selling a 1660 6gb non ti for 300 but will take 200. Supposedly his wife bought him a 3070. Is it worth the upgrade? Will it be a big performance upgrade? Any advice would be great. Thx

I don't think it will be a big upgrade but it should be worth it because you can sell the 1060 for more than $200
