Is it Worth it?

Im just about to buy all my parts for my new PC. Which Includes
i7 2600k
ASrock Extreme 7 Gen3
2 GTX 580 Classifieds
AX1200
Corsair 800D

I was wondering if it is worth spending the money and getting 2 GTX580s in SLI or if 1 would be fine for gaming on highest settings for most games? Thanks in advance
