Is this worth for 924 dollars?

What's the price in Euros? Though, I'd say no, because FX-6100 is a really bad CPU.

It's a weak CPU to be honest though the graphics aren't bad.

You're better off with a GTX660 and a Core i5. If you use an AMD processor, you really want it to be one of the new Piledriver (x3xx number) models.
