Is it worth overclocking my build? What sort of performance increase am i looking at?

Stock cpu cooler?
Not right now unless you are noticing any issues or if you just want to push the CPU further. Most people can get 4.2GHz with ease on aftermarket coolers.

I have the same board and cpu and I run 4.2GHz off a 3.5 year old H60.

Not really worth it. You build is as beastly as ever. There is no need to raise the roof.

Are you familiar with the game Skyrim, if so any idea why i can't run some of the higher end ENB's? That was the main reason i wanted to OC anyway...

You have a solid build, the i7 and the 780ti should blow skyrim skyhigh
My guess is that you should edit some of your graphical settings. A google search on how to optimize the 780ti for skyrim outta do the trick.

OCing the i7 will make 0 difference, you should not have issues, however you have a cooler that can OC the hell out of it, might as well get the performance you paid for.
